Volkswagen Golf R 333 limited edition revealed: Produces 333 hp, 0-100 in 4.6 seconds!

The engine puts out 333 hp of power and 420 Nm of torque and VW claims that the Golf R 333 can sprint from 0-100 kph in just 4.6 seconds and the top speed is limited to 270 kph. Power is sent to all four wheels via a 7-speed DSG transmission.

German Automaker Volkswagen has revealed Volkswagen Golf R 333 limited edition. The hot hatchback is limited to just 333 units and will be sold exclusively in Germany. This limited edition produces more power and gets cosmetic upgrades over the regular Golf R.

The Golf R 333 wears Metallic Lime Yellow paint with a black roof. The hot hatch gets 333 decals above the running board and features blacked-out 19-inch alloy wheels.
The hatch also gets LED headlights with DRLs and LED taillights with a blacked-out spoiler at the rear.

Moving on to the interior, the dashboard layout remains the same as the standard variant. The hatchback additionally features Leatherette sport seats, Harmon Kardon sound system, and carbon fibre bits all around and each car gets its unique number embedded on the dashboard.

Other features include a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, fully digital instrument cluster, sunroof, 3-zone automatic climate control, automatic headlamps, wipers, ambient lighting and many more.

Now let’s talk about the engine and transmission, the Golf R 333 gets a 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine as the standard Golf R but here the engine has been tuned to produce more power. The 333 Golf R also gets a performance Akrapovič titanium exhaust system. The car carries over features such as vehicle dynamics control, a torque vectoring system, Drift and Special drive modes and ADAS from the standard Golf R.
